HEYS ALL!today kan's tutorial lesson was canceled so i was released at around 130pm.
went for lunch. omg i ate so so so much.
but i did not manage to finish.
i was indeed very hungry.
i ate pattaya fried rice (half)
and muturba(dunno how to spell) i ate like 1/4 of it.
haha. and i drank two servings of TEK tarik ice
man. i felt like vomitting. i told wen ping i couldn't eat anymore.
but thanks to her ,finished most of the food =)
then i headed for tuition feeling very full.
tuition till 7pm.
thn tuition at 730pm was cancelled so dad came to fetch me.
reached home and drank a glass of water.
thn headed down to the canal to jog.
omg the wind just keep splashing towards my face.
so cooling.
i initially wanted to stop. but determination set me further thn i can expected. i jog like 2km and walked for 800m. in the end i just sprint home. wooo~
when i reached home my face was blushing red haha! but i seldom got the chance to go jogging as i reached home at 10pm. if not i will jog every night. =)
this morning wanted to jog but couldn't wake up.
hadn't been feeling good and i told God beside praying i really need to move my body and go for a long jog.
i jog for 30 min and headed home.
indeed i felt more relieved. =)
i was initially feeling nervous because 8pm still got quite alot people but since it is dark guess my face was partially
shaded haha. =)
ok i shall plan for more joggings to come and yet to come.
it felt better than cramping in the gym.
when u jog rmb to contract ur abs muscles.
=)
smth no matter how much u felt like stopping, u've got to
push push pushbecause u can and u're a champion =)
woooo~
gonna sleep early tonight.
gonna start on my revision for my two tests nxt week soooooonn.
