i am feeling sooo much better that the swelling is starting to get better!

my father said he wanted to buy prawn noodles for me, after eating i will be cured! so mean!

and not forgetting friends who are concerning! thanks people!

the pain is really killing me! but it is now over!

alright, i will really train myself hard on mon-thurs b4 i go to m'sia hahahahaa!!!

i've no choice, i have not been exercising since tuesday! and snacking alot.
